My Health Walk In and Comprehensive Care Clinic

My old doctor moved so I booked with Dr Jennifer Quan. I read a lot of mixed reviews about her, half of the reviews said she was great, the other half... not so good. I decided to give her a shot, and I was extremely disappointed. I waited 20 minutes in the room until she walked in, asked me some general questions and I answered to the best of my ability, and mentioning that my medications are not working. She shrugged and said “well you seem fine right now, so I guess it’s working”. And basically shoved me out of the door. And that’s pretty much how the appointment went. The actual appointment lasted a total of 4 minutes. I will be going to a different doctor now - hopefully one that actually does their job.

Love this office. Set an appointment easily, and wait times are so short. I see a doctor within 5-10 of arrival every time. Both doctors I've seen were fantastic.

If I could give zero stars I would. Walked into the clinic this morning as I was worried about my pregnancy and just needed to see a doctor for 2 minutes. The clinic was empty and there was no receptionist for the first 10 minutes I waited. Finally when the receptionist showed up she was rude and not friendly at all. I explained the situation and considering the clinic was empty assumed that maybe I would be able to see a doctor right away as it was an emergency. She refused to let me see a doctor. Said they were fully booked and wanted me to wait in an EMPTY clinic for 2-3 hours. Needless to say I left and went around to Pristine Health clinic who took my concerns seriously and took me in right away with no wait.

Dr Johanna Wong is lovely! I enjoy speaking to her every time I come in for an appointment, she is very nice and has a calm demeanour. I’ve seen two other physicians here due to the fact that Johanna wasn’t available and I didn’t have a good experience with them. One was 30 minutes to come see me and I was on a time crunch so I had to leave, the other was very pushy and seemed irritated to have to deal with me. I keep coming back only for Dr.Wong and if for whatever reason she moves her practice elsewhere at some point, I would follow her. I would recommend her to anyone!

Went there for a walk-in appointment. Front staff was friendly and accommodating. The place was clean and waiting room was comfortable. The doctor I saw was friendly and was able to help me out with my concern.
