Downtown Medical Clinic

I had a meet/greet at a different clinic that left me with tears in the office due to a doctor that would not listen to my concerns. Said doctor would not take into consideration my previous health history & family history. I am thrilled to have met with Dr. Egbagbe. She listened, she repeated my words back to me to ensure she understood what I was saying, she asked what I needed and what she could help me with. It was refreshing to have a doctor work with me as a team versus them simply telling me what to do. I look forward to my next appointment with her.

The receptionist is very welcoming and kind. My doctor moved to this location and it is very clean and well kept. Would highly recommend attending this office.

Horrible experience. No COVID-19 protocols to follow (except for the masks that we all know) the receptionist wore hers on the neck. I was there to have stitches removed and the “doctor” asked me if I was sure the wound was heal. Shouldn’t she know the answer? When she removed the stitches didn’t even get rid of them properly. She just took removed them and throw them wherever. She finally left and didn’t even tell me how to take care of the wound. She literally just left the room leaving everything behind including me on the table. It was bad really bad.

Dr. Osato Egbagbe is very compassionate and caring. Her thorough diagnoses and examinations make me feel safe and well taking care of as a patient. The front desk staff is nice and she is always smiling even the clinic tends to be busy.
