Scott Sheila

I made an appointment since there is a big sign indicating "Accepting New Patients" I never got to see the doctor so this is review is really based on their receptionist. Rude, 0 customer skills, unpleasant with a potential new patient, cold, impersonal, and so i decided to continue with the doctor I'm with. The reason why wanting to move is that this clinic is walking distance from my house, and so it is convenient for my family. But if the receptionist is a glimpse of the rest of the staff, I rather not even attempt it. Unbeknownst to me my wife also called and made an appointment, I asked her about her experience with the receptionist... lets just say we both agreed on the lady customers skills.

I have been with Dr Scott for 27 years, she is a very good Dr, I would recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Sheila Scott is an amazing Doctor. She was my Doctor in College. I was so impressed with her that I began seeing Dr. Scott at her office. She's knowlegeable, compassionate, professional, honest, and committed to doing the best for her patients. Dr. Scott is one of a kind and I miss her dearly since I moved to B.C.

Excellent doctor and office staff!! I have been her patient for almost 30 years. Has always my best interest at heart. I failed to heed her warnings and ended up Type 2 Diabetic. She has done everything to support me in turning my health around. Office staff are great - a month back I called in tears needing to book to see the doctor. When I came in the receptionist sat in the room with me for a few minutes as I waited for the doctor to come. Her empathy for me knowing I lost my Mom and brother in barely 15 months was greatly appreciated.
