The staff here is incredible. Melissa felt like my long-lost friend the entire time we were in contact on the phone, and she was also holding my hand while I had my minor surgery done. Such great energy! The office itself was warm and inviting and very clean. Dr. Allan was very professional and pleasant. He explained everything to me before the procedure was done and was very patient with my questions. Two weeks after my procedure I was feeling uncertain about how I was healing and I texted his cel phone with my concerns. He responded immediately and definitely put my mind at ease. After surgery they explained everything to me regarding the healing process, what I should and should not do, and they sent me home with medications, some supplies to help me heal better, and a little package with the doctor's cel number. Even my 6-week follow-up visit yesterday was a positive experience. Dr. Allan assured me that I was healing well and that if anything happened that made me concerend, I just need to call them and make an appointment to be seen. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed and satisfied!😊

My experience surpassed expectations from the first contact, process appointments, procedure and aftercare. Dr. Allan and the staff (*especially Melissa) were discreet, understanding, readily available and sympathetic to my needs. I was almost too nervous and self conscious to even make the initial call to the Allan Centre, but I'm so glad I did. Melissa made every step of the process as simple and comfortable as possible - it's clear that she cares deeply about improving women's lives, and is genuinely excited for her clients. I highly recommend to any women or mothers who are having any kind of incontinence issues to see Dr Allan. I went to the women's clinic for a couple years and was not getting the results I wanted. I went to see Dr Allan, was told my options, got booked in for surgery. It's now been a month since my surgery and when I went for my follow up today I asked the doctor if I could hug him. I feel like a grown woman again. It sucks there is so many women out there dealing with this, but there is a hero and his name is Dr Allan. He was amazing prior to surgery making me feel more comfortable, his staff was amazing as well. I am ecstatic I got this surgery!!
