Medicentres Family Care Clinics

Went there today , nobody there and they made me wait for 2 hours , the doctor spent hours talking to his middle eastern friends who came after me but of course went it before me , if you have the whole day to waste than go there , be warned If the doctor has patients from his country you will wait all day .

I was looking for the family doctor in the area. The receptionist was very helpful with an information about the clinic and the doctor. Dr. Alexandra Korzeniewski gave me the appointment time despite I showed up a little late. Friendly and caring doctor and receptionist. Happy I found this clinic!

This clinic is amazing. The nurses are so attentive. I highly recommend Dr. Popov, I’ve seen him twice now and he’s always been amazingly caring and knowledgeable. If I ever have an issue this will be the place I go because I know the care is top notch. If I could give it more stars I would!

I switched to this clinic 2 years ago when I moved from the NW to the south. I have enjoyed the process here as I went in to find a new GP and easily got matched with Dr Korzeniewski. She has been amazing as my GP so far. The staff have always been polite and respectful and my Dr makes accommodations to support my health. I really appreciate the staff here. Thank you! :)

The admin at this centre is the worst. You can never get through to the number. When it does go through, it either takes ages to get to an operator or you have to leave a message, and never get contacted back. I was there as a walk in before as well, and the receptionist forgot about me, so sent in 2 people before me who were also walk ins, till I reminded her of me. I have left messages before for the dr to call me, also no call back. Pathetic.
