Dr. hafiz and Dr. karen are great. However the reception is hard to reach and something to work on as it is really hard to get a hold.

My family and I have be seeing Dr. Hafiz on and off for almost 15 years, and I must say he is an excellent family doctor. Not only is he able to diagnosis with reliability, he takes the time to really listen to your concerns, and takes excellent notes which is great for follow-up discussions. He is also very wise and possesses keen insights into human behaviour that you normally don’t find in MDs.

Don't Go Here. I made an appointment at 9:00 am, arrived 5 min before and wasn't seen until 10:30 am. I got an X-ray and they never notified me it came in and I have now been trying to call them for 2 hours. I have been misdiagnosed before and the doctor doesnt take any time to listen to what you have to say.

Not only is this place extremely hard to ever "walk-in" to, but the male doctor barely gives you the time of day. I have brought my small children in a couple of times now and he brushes off their symptoms and hardly cares or listens to what I have to say. I brought my son in with what I thought was an ear infection, he wouldn't even look at his ear, and told me it was a virus. 3 days later we were in emerg with a severe ear infection. Don't waste your time here, I highly recommend Pinnacle Medical Centre in Crowfoot.
