Quick drop off time. Drive, bin and vehicle were clean and well kept. They dropped it exactly where I wanted it and had even confirmed everything just a few days before actual delivery a 3rd time.
The customer service agent and the delivery person were very friendly and helpful and made me feel very comfortable. The prices are average compared to similar service providers. I definitely felt like I ws in good hands.
First contact very pleasant and accommodating. Received notification of all steps prior to their occurrence. Everything was performed in a timely manor and professionally. Thank you :)
Excellent experience. This is our second time using Cubeit storage and it went very well. We needed to store some household effects while repairs were made after a flood. The team at Cubeit worked to get us a storage unit on site as quickly as possible.
We have found the onsite storage the most convenient solution on both occasions.
When I called to arrange pickup of the unit, Mason was very helpful and made sure that everything was scheduled as well as sending me the required documentation for our insurance.
I would recommend Cubeit storage.
Made a reservation but had to cancel because I have too much furniture for just one cube. Customer service was awesome about the cancellation!!! Will definitely use them in the future.
