Pitt Meadows Cycle is my first and only choice for any maintenance I need completed on my bike. They always take great care of my enduro and have it back in my hands fast, ready for the trails. Thank you Rob + staff

Their service has gone downhill. 1 out of 3 staff members were friendly. When we went to pick up after a tune up, there was a clicking sound when we took it for a test ride. When we asked about it, all he said was that they didn't notice it. He didn't provide any other info so we had to ask what it was and if it could be fixed. They didn't fix it. Lady at the desk was completely clueless and unhelpful. When we asked how much a particular bike cost, she said she didn't know and didn't bother to find out. It's like pulling teeth at this place to getting any kind of service. I do not recommend Pitt Cycle. Go to a place with good service and where they can get the job done right!

Josh and other staff were very helpful. I just got a used Road bike from other place and wanted to get started with clipless pedals and shoes. Josh took time explaining various options for pedals and whats right for my use. He was able to find me good pair of pedals and shoes within my budget. He also helped I stall the pedals and setup the shoes for free. Good to see that they follow COVID safety protocols and yet were efficient with service. Very happy with them, and certainly going to them for next purchase.

Great people and great service! The techs are more than happy to have a quick chat with you about your bike, they're super knowledgeable, and that extends to their receptionist too who made scheduling my service an absolute breeze! Looking forward to my next service with them! Thanks PMC!!

Fast, Friendly & Professional Service. My experience as a first time walking customer was great. Staff was friendly, answered all my questions honestly and didn’t try to up sell me services or parts. Definitely will be returning for all my bicycle needs.
