Good and friendly people to deal with. Easy to contact via phone, txt and email. Reasonably priced for the location, size of storage and accessibility. When I vacated the unit they refunded my deposit and I didn't have to give a month notice, it was only days before my next payment date. I used both storage facilities (Morinville sea can yard and the RV storage yard off of highway 37) and both yards are great because of the 24/7 access through the gate and there are cameras for security. Never had anything damaged or stolen over the years that I used them. I would use this place again if I required storage services.

Quick setup same day to sign up and access my unit. Best price I could find on self storage. Large unit for same price as a small one a few minutes away

Super affordable self storage. Easy access and very quick set up. Very cheap prices compared to other self storage facilities. For sure worth driving an extra few minutes.

Absolutely terrible. Twice the front gate has been broken and the only response from the company has been, "well obviously you can't access it now" and "we will send someone out, he is local so he won't take long". Well I have been waiting here for over an hour and no one has shown up. I'm paying far to much to NOT be able to access my unit at 3:00 pm on a Thursday.
