I've had my hair cut and highlighted by 2 of the 4 stylists and both were awesome. Its a little pricey but worth it

I couldn't be happier with the service given at this salon. When I am in the chair the time is spent on me. Rebecca doesn't go answering the phone, making appointments or talking / taking other clients while she is working on my hair. I love that the time is given to me and she takes the time to give me a hand massage and connects with me. The salon is always kept clean, even the bathroom and floor. Pure Hair is always an inviting and happy place, thanks to all of the ladies.

There was an issue with a price quote , where originally I was going to leave a negative review . However , this issue was to my surprise remedied by Nikki. Excellent customer service and accountability . Thank you.
