the reception at this location is far from friendly and not willing to listen or help. Today's receptionist was very cold and rude. Not sure if I will return as a patient. I have since returned to Solace, and i have found the old receptionist has returned, and with her the kindness and understanding has returned as well.

Been a patient with this practice for 20 years, and will continue to bring my family here. Excellent care and service.

They need more front desk people or something, phone wait times are always at least 10mins, they all break for lunch at the same time which doesn’t seem like a very sound business practice, and they’re always rushing you and being impatient on the phone. The staff is rude and entitled because they don’t really care about you or your business as they are so busy.
