All around a great dental experience!! I’ve been coming to this practice since I was young kid and Dr Filan has taken over Dr McDougall’s practice with grace and light. Every visit, I am left impressed and get a slight sense of nostalgia seeing the whale mobile floating around happily in the corner. I always feel taken care of by ALL of the staff. Not only are they friendly but they are REAL and they truly care! They have a great rhythm with one another and have genuine compassion for what they do. Thank you to the team: From Angela, to Heidi, Sean and Becky... you make going to the dentist easy and frankly enjoyable. A dentist visit I will never forget, no matter where I am in the world....Thank you.

Dr. Sean Filan is a thoughtful, caring and kind dentist who goes out of his way to ensure his patients are supported, especially when facing significant dental issues. Dr. Filan took time over a holiday weekend to meet with my elderly mother, who is his patient, when she had a dental crisis. He replied to our emergency call promptly (on a long weekend Friday night) and arranged to meet us in his office the next morning. He was able to deal with mom's dental issue after evaluating the situation carefully. He was his usual friendly self and took his time to explain things to her in a way she understood. His solution to her dental issue was very successful and Mom left the office in comfort, happy to know all had been resolved. Dr. Filan's dedication to his patients is genuine and his ability to care so effectively with older patients as well as younger (some much younger!) patients is truly appreciated. How fortunate we are to have him practicing here in our community!
