MacKenzie SDI

I went to Dr. MacKenzie on December 1st, 2020 with severe back problems. I was barely able to walk without the aid of a stick and felt he would have his work cut out in treating me. My first appointment was just a general introduction involving X rays, laser treatment and the mechanics of my injury. From this he devised a treatment programme involving a daily10 minutes laser treatment for the first week and some manipulation. The following week I made 3 visits and this being my third week of treatment the difference is unbelievable. I am now able to walk relatively freely with a vastly improved range of movement. This is a very well run practice with Dr. MacKenzie being the ultimate professional. His staff are extremely friendly and helpful with patient care and comfort being their top priority. I would highly recommend any patient to this practice.

I had both knees painful over the past year, tried a lot of different therapies which did not help such as physiotherapist. I found Dr Mackenzie clinic on Facebook. I made a appointment for a free consultation and agreed to do class iv cold laser therapy. After 5 sessions I feel great, pain free and my mobility improved greatly. I highly recommend this place for people suffering with knee, back pain. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and very timely. The treatment was in a timely manner.

I have been seeing Dr. MacKenzie and his team for quite sometime now. Dr. MacKenzie is genuinely kind, always listsen to me, (complain of my pain) is most attentive, and is always reassuring. He is friendly and engages in nice chit chat, so one doesn't feel like a number... next! I feel that he genuinely cares and wants to help. He always does everything he can to support my pain management from old injuries. A few months ago I had a set back and was experiencing acute pain, and Dr. Mackenzie took another approach by treating me with both Laser and Spinal Decompression. It is so relaxing and I always feel great afterwards! Recently Dr. Mackenzie recommended a back brace that they have begun prescribing to paitients. His Kiniseologist Priv fitted me with it and WOW! It helps me to keep a better posture and has increased my ability to sit at my desk for sometimes long hours. I highly recommend Dr. MacKenzie and his team and this new back brace is a WIN! Thank you.
