Coombs Country Campground

Great campground for a stranded snowbird to wait out the pandemic. All amenities you could ask for and a friendly helpful staff who want to make sure you feel welcome and comfortable when you arrive. Great hikes and a big lake nearby. Nicely wooded spots with hookups-rivals many national parks!

I enjoy working for the new owners, who are always willing to go the extra mile for campers. The campground is family orientated with playground, lake, pool, hottub with scenic walking trails. They also have a country general store which is fully stocked with all your camping needs. Looking forward to seeing you all on the campground.

This campground is one of the Island's jewels. The grounds are well maintained and the washrooms were cleaned daily. The store was a fun visit and all staff are friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciate that this this business is locally owned and operated.

Beautiful and cozy campground. Kind and attentive staff, community atmosphere, the right facilities, some nice trails, little lake, idk what more you could want. I've enjoyed my stay completely!

Great family vacation, small lake great for children as well as laying in the sun on your floaty. Visited goats on the roof in Coombs, Parksville Beach, RathTrevor beach and Englishman River falls as well and all within 20 minutes of campground.. Definetly some of the best beaches on the West coast.
