NexGen Hearing

Made me wait over an hour and a half. He was supposed to clean out my ears. There were a bunch of people waiting to see him so he pretty much stabbed me in the ear with a metal tool then told me he couldn't do it. Sent me off told me to put drops in. What a waist of time! This guys in it for the money plain and simple trying to get as many people through the door as possible without actually helping them. Do yourself a favour and get your doctor to refer you to someone else!

Really impressed with the extremely professional and friendly staff. My hearing consult/exam was thoroughly done, and well explained, making the whole process straight forward and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend NexGen Hearing Parksville.

I have recently transferred my business from another hearing place in the Oceanside area. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff, Reception (Robyn) to Hearing Instrument Practitioner (Lauren). My concerns are always addressed with the utmost expediency and professionalism. Listening is not always a given at hearing clinics. NexGen is very highly recommended.
