They're never taking orders when I'm in the mood for Pizza Hut. Mon/Tuesday is 7:59-8pm? What sort of schedule is that? They never answer their phone and rarely-- if ever-- are taking delivery orders. Its almost like they don't want our business and are trying to get shut down.

If there was a zero to put on this review that's what it would get. Parksville Pizza hut is horrible. We ordered 2 pizzas and one was good and fluffy the other one was like cardboard. We asked to speak to a manager but said the manager was busy. Hhhmmm. Too busy to speak to an unhappy customer? I will be calling the corporate office. Just told to make a review well here it is. Horrible customer service, all bad reviews, no care for how the customers feel. You overpay for pizza. Dont get refunded or a credit or new pizza. This business is absolutely terrible. I will try my best to get it shut down.

Best pizza today's is the pizza I ordered, Canadian and of course ham and pinnaplee cuz that's all my babies eats. Keep it simple

No mask - no service. No other customer in the store, sorry, no mask no pizza. Well, that just wasted my time and cost you $24... But that's not all, it's cost you my business - for life. And that is a lot of money. Good bye!

Pizza came destroyed! Then i was transfered to the manager who met me with attitude! And well im hungry and gave some attitude back! Send the driver to come back and collect the food! And refund me!!!
