Shoppers Drug Mart

It was close to the stores closing time on a Saturday and we had just come in from Port Coquitlam and had had a call from our vet saying our dog needed antibiotics...we asked our vet to fax the prescription to Shoppers and proceeded to the store to get the medications...the one the vet prescribed was one that was not kept at the store. Diane, the pharmacist we dealt with tried another store and was still not able to locate the medication. Diane explained that there were alternatives and if we got our vet to send a new prescription, she could fill it for us. We were able to get hold of out vet and Diane was kind enough to speak to him on the phone and get an alternative prescription that she filled for us and allowed us to start treating our dog straight away...service above and beyond!!!

Very helpful and friendly pharmacy staff! Being an out of province visitor at the time, an emergency refill was simple! Bring your old prescription bottle and all is good. 😁👍

Friendly Helpful Staff. I like their optimum point plan loyalty program. Good selection of drug store and convenience store products. Also an easy and fast place to get your flu and other vaccinations.
