I am writing this review to share our experience with Franky. I want to start by saying that we consider ourselves lucky to have found someone who helped/guided/supported us in the process of our first condo purchase. It is a really stressful time when you want to commit to purchase an apartment, specially in the crazy Vancouver market. Franky guided us in the process from day one. He was clear with us about every detail regarding the realtor agreement and the paperwork needed. He gave us time and answer every question we had. English is our second language and he made sure that we understood everything correctly. When we decided to move forward with Franky, everything happened as we were hoping. We knew our budget and area where we were looking. Franky helped us finding listing and came with us to some viewing. The only time he wasn’t 100%sure he found an answer from his office right away. He was so proactive when we asked him to make appointments for some viewing and help us looking with a different point of view for some of our concern. when we placed offer, he help us calmly and express his point of view when we asked him. When we got possession, he came with us and stayed with us as long as we needed him. We would definitely recommend Franky to anyone looking for a hardworking and reliable realtor.
