Elevation Bike, Ski & Board

Looks like an organized place with good selection of items. We did not book a kids 20" bike and got through 1/2way through paperwork to realize that we were being outfitted for a DH bike ($56 vs $15 rental for half day). It was already 1430 and the bike setup would take at least another 30min. The service agent was great, quick and knowledgeable. I love the fact that they would set up the bike for the rider. For clients, I would recommend booking in advance (at least 24hrs) and arriving early to maximize your playtime.

Reserved a couple rental bikes for a day at sun peaks. Suppose to be ready at 10:30.showed up and did the paper work by 11. 20 more minutes they said. 5 more minutes. Just a few more minutes. Didn't get the bikes until almost 1pm. Basically cut half way into our 600 dollar day. Not super psyched by their slow service when paying this much money for a "full day"

Hired ski gear and got lift tickets from here and found the team exceptionally helpful and eager to please. Their advice was always on point. will go back to them next time!

Though I didn't end up buying anything from Elevation, I did spend a good amount of time looking through their store. They have a wide range of products, from ski accessories, outerwear, hardgoods, tuning supplies, and more. Everything you need is in one place, and they carry great brands like Arc'teryx, Hestra, and Black Diamond (along with many more). Staff are super friendly and willing to help you find what you need. I certainly recommend checking Elevation out if you find yourself in Sun Peaks.

Rented new skis first and bought them after satisfactionally tested. Very good services by staff (from England)
