After phoning all there hotels in the area so happy with my choice on this hotel!
The guy at the front desk made sure I was looked after upon arrival! Saying excellent doesn’t match the customer service I experienced because it was well beyond excellent! Best experience at any hotel in the area, not only were the beds super comfy the staff is phenomenal! Will definitely be staying here again! Thanks to the manager Cheryl for running such a fine establishment, but also thanks to the Desk Clerk please correct me if I’m wrong but I believe his name was Brendon!! Hope to meet all the other staff here as well!!
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Decor looks fresh and updated. Hot breakfast available. Ramp at entrance of hotel needs to be fixed. Tripping hazard as well it was hard to push the luggage trolley in. Otherwise good stay!
Fast check in, faster check out. Was a clean room and hotel. They also discounted for late check in and extended my checkout for no extra cost. I will definitely stay again.
I work anywhere from North Western Ontario, to Saskatoon, and this is by far my favourite place to stay. Super comfortable, very clean and the staff and management are incredible. I'll always highly recommend, and find myself looking forward to staying at this establishment.
Amazing customer service from Cheryl and the whole staff! A great breakfast served up daily, room was very clean and comfortable, the gym had great equipment and the pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you Cheryl for a wonderful stay!
