Jet port is a very professional and beautiful environment Friendly staff and a bunch I'd private jets I will never ride in or be able to afford....but I will prepare them for film and television.

Very racist and rude staff. I was visiting Hamilton from Toronto and I’m a private pilot so I decided to check out some of the airplanes with my parents. We stood at their parking lot and took a few photos (not on airside). That is when a personnel approached us and asked us to leave the property. We have never experienced such racism and we were simply just in the parking lot taking a few photos of the parked planes. Just plain terrible.

Do not take your business to them. Take your business over to CYKZ, CYKF or even CYTZ. Very unprofessional and unfriendly staff. I was recommended to check out the airport as I have flown to many aerodromes/airports in Canada except this one. We were asked to leave from their parking lot for taking photos of the parked airplanes. I can name many fbos and flying clubs at numerous airports across the GTA where you will be greeted with smiles. This is the definitely the first.
