Bubblees Liquor Store

I have very pleasant experiences here and have gone here for years, and know most of the staff personally but this evening was less than acceptable. I politely asked the cashier (who is unknown to me) a question about product stock as I was looking for something specific and got a very rude, snarky toned answer. Very argumentative and would not stop even when I attempted to disengage from the heated conversation. I tried to sympathize with the current hectic situation and recognize the tremendous amount of pressure on our retail workers and maybe suggest some other ways to answer a customer appropriately and was snarled at... I have never been treated so poorly by someone in customer service. Not a good look.

Cold fridges, a decent selection of products, friendly service, and a convenient location make this store a great choice if you're picking up some drinks in Castlegar.
