Spoke to someone during the week and was told to call back the following Monday and they would most likely be able to take care of clogged pipe that Monday or Tuesday. Called back on Monday and left message, which was never answered and had to look somewhere else. Not very courteous. Just to let you know that I am not mistaken, I called on 27 July 2020, during the Construction holiday and spoke to someone who told me to call back the following Monday, which I did. Both are on my phone history.

Made work. Problem fixed . Being a so-called vulnerable person I asked if the sanitary instructions were respected during the visit I was told yes .... but not at all! For this reason I will not recommend you or call you back.
