I do not recommend this company, I heard a week to be told that it is not possible to order a part, while I called almost every day to have a status on my order. The first call, I was told I must have spoken to sir. On the 2nd call, I had to speak with Madame, who is not there and who will call me back. An almost identical 3rd call followed (I am told that my part is probably ordered), still without follow-up the next morning. Today, on my 4th call, I am told that it is impossible to order this part. A week of heatwave later. My name and phone number had been left with the part number. Very poor customer service.
