Royal Pizzeria Express

Royal quickly became our favorite place for take out. They are quick , efficient and priced fairly. Always had a good service with them

I’m giving this restaurant a 3 star review as I love going there when the owner is present and is the cook in back as he always makes sure the food is #1 and he wants the clients to be happy. He has apologized for a few mistakes the cooks previously made in the past and resolved everything with us. Today on November 7th 2 pm we decided to go back and get a pizza and salad. Getting into the vehicle my girlfriend opens it up and says there’s clearly no salad dressing in it she even tasted it to make sure and there was none. I go back in the restaurant and the employe at the cash argued saying she sees the salad dressing. I had previously took a picture of the owners salad that he had made for me cause it was absolutely perfect. And told her this is how the owner makes it so she decided to put salad dressing on it after all. Point of the story I notice when the owner is not present you clearly see the service by the employees and cook is completely different and theres no effort made while serving the customers. If the owner would like to see the pictures of the salad without dressing and the effort they made while doing the salad compared to his he can always give me a call.

UPDATED REVIEW**: i received a call from the owner next day, he took my complain seriously and also offered a free pizza. The customer satisfaction is what matters and this guy took his time to call me to resolve the issue. Well with all that said, i am back to ordering pizza from royal pizzeria and all course changing the star ratings👍 I hope i could give ZERO STAR,,This was the 3rd time i ordered from them expecting the quality would be good or at least better than before, when i tried first time vegetarian pizza, it was average but not too bad, ordered second time and the veggies were undercooked and pizza was un-sliced, today, the third time i ordered, and i swear, this was the worst pizza i ever had,, 1st, the pizza felt like it was dipped in water, i couldnt understand until i realized there were stale tomatoes which not just ruined the taste but made it watery that the pizza could not even be held in hand to be eaten and was just falling apart, secondly the pizza tasted so bad🤮 that i finally had to throw it in the compost bin, since didnt have the energy to go back and at least show it them what they gave for $26.56 I would never go back again to royal pizzeria and never recommend it to someone I threw the pizza and water can still be seen in the box ever after wiping with paper towel, which could be seen soaked in the water from those tomatoes🤮🤮

Ordered a large pizza from this place for the first time, and I absolutely loved it. The chef definitely showed expertise in creating the pizza. The delivery was exceedingly fast, as well. I recommend this restaurant if you're nearby. 5/5!
