The plumber forgot to bring blankets so I had to scrape a towel so as not to cause damage while carrying the pierced water heater! When I explained the situation to Rejean Lemelin himself, he never apologized for the situation. He even told me that his plumber was more important than his clients! Rejean, you are due for your retirement, you don't know what good customer service is!
