Great staff, but our room was not working properly and 3 puzzles were broken.
Really good for a family time.
Some games are. Let's say. Not therefore ... the clues do not follow suit. To review.
Good escape rooms, well designed and interesting. The fun pub is great, loads of games to try. The staff are super friendly.
I went with teens for the 3rd time since opening and we did the Universe scenario. It was a new scenario planned to be intermediate, but it turned out to be much more difficult than expected. Some clues were in poor condition and mechanisms (hatches) refused to open despite the help of the employee. Despite everything we had fun.
Room okay but nothing more, lacks a lot of love for the room we did. We have unfortunately received a customer service to be desired comparing more than thirty escape game to our credit. The owner had invited us to write to him, but never got back ...
Too much importance to money and not the customer experience.
