The staff was so welcoming, they immediately made me feel comfortable. Dr Hraibeh took the time to explain the pros and cons of the different procedures and helped me select the one that was best for me (facial injections). She took great care in vulgarizing the different medical concepts in order for me to understand what was going to take place. Her professionalism and knowledge were very reassuring throughout the entire process. What i appreciated most was that she did not try to rush the appointment. Not to mention that I was very satisfied with the results!

Dr Hraibeh is a very professional and very efficient doctor. The staff at the clinique is also very professional and have good attention to detail. Definitely recommend this clinique!!

I had very bad experience at Médisalus clinic , I took a consultation appointment for varicose veins treatment at 1st week of Jun ,the doctor advised me to come next week for injection , Next week I didn't receive any call , email,sms, for confirming the appointment , I called the clinic two times the morning of my appointment day to know the exact time no one is picking up !!! then I got a call from them telling me you have an appointment NOW are you coming !! I told them I need 20 min they told me sorry don't come we already have another patients.I asked the doctor to reschedule she told me she doesn't do this service in the summer , I asked for a refund for the consultation fees she said No .(I benefited Nothing from the consultation , and I need to go to another clinic and pay again to get it done ) and it's really weird that she accepts the consultation ''in the summer'' for varicose veins and she refuses to do the service because it is summer !!!!!!! I asked the doctor what about same service being done in hot countries !!! she replied this is my way !! The clinic has a very poor admin and coordination team , and the reason for not rescheduling me sounds weird especially the doctor knows I'm not gonna get exposed to the sun. The funny part that I called other clinics , they do varicose veins injections in the summer and like any other treatments they tell patients the precautions . I believe this clinic is collecting a lot of money out of the $100 consultation fees without doing real service to their patients .

A few weeks ago I went to a first consultation for information. But this so-called doctor was not very nice, I would rather say: "diplomat" on my complexes. I didn't want to go back there anymore. Because we do not demean a patient! I will add to your answer that it is not a fake! I was able to find a great cosmetic surgeon in Montreal! No good result even after 2 times because after the first time he saw that the result was not there! And no better, yet I followed the instructions to the letter. A lot of money for NOTHING
