This is a very professional, caring, clean hospital. When my husband was told by MUHC they didn't know what to do with his cancer the surgeon at the CHUM took him on, and 13 months later he is still alive. They provide ALL resources necessary, and truly care about their patients. This is the way health care ideally is delivered. Bravo, CHUM!

If I could give 0 I totally would. Staff and protocols have got to be the biggest joke. 7hrs of waiting with less than 8 people in the waiting room without seeing a doctor. 4 of us left after 7hrs of waiting without being seen. Nurses are so careless, they make you feel like you are a waste of time and they don’t even ask all the questions. To avoid completely.

Fairly quick for a ER visit. The nurses and doctor I spoke with did an amazing job!
