They renovated about 3 years ago. The place is really well organized and have that modern feel that SAQ is going for. They have a decent selection and the staff is really friendly and helpful. In terms of selection, I would have hoped for a wider range of their SAQ Selection items

Current staff are helpful and friendly, and there are never long lines. I had some repeated issues with a certain rude staff member, but haven't seen him in 2 years or so. Very good selection (haha) of wines and spirits.

The biggest surprise about my visit to the saq today is finding bottles of 'Eight years in the desert". I love this wine because of the story behind it and the fact that it tastes like a Caymus at 60% of the price.

The greeting man Francis told me not to shop there if I don’t speak French. I filed a complaint to SAQ customer service. They said they will make sure the store manager contacts me but nobody have contacted me after 2 months. This never happened to me in Quebec, not even at other SAQ. Stay away if you don’t speak French, otherwise just wait for humiliation. So funny under this review, they asked me to send the issue to their website. Didn't they read what I wrote? 2 emails and 1 phone call to SAQ customer service, waited for 2 months, nothing has been done. Now they ask me to send it again???
