Pizza was v tasteless & sweet...and expensive v bad experience 2nd time...
I am just coming from this store. I work in Dominos and never tried pizza from any other brand since long time. Thought to give a try. Customer service was the worst. The girl taking my order didn’t greet us. Didn’t take my name or contact number to create my customer history. Was asking me for order with dull expression. Didn’t tell us any deal. I don’t know who the hell keeps these kind of persons on customer interaction. For pizza, it was directly a garbage of 20$.
There were 2 guys standing, I guess those were customers and continue talking to serveuse . Those guys didn't Porte masque properly and serveuse girl and boy did not say them to wear it properly. Please give them training . It was around 23:45 hours 12/09/2020
I wish I could give minus start. I’m the regular customer of Pizza pizza especially PARK-EX Jean-Talon branch. But today, I had horrible experience over there. I made online order and went there to pickup. One of the employee, who was a man, asked me to pay in a very rude manner. If you don’t know how to serve customers then why are you guys working in this field?
We are paying for whatever we are getting, you are not giving us for free, so next time please keep you rudeness in your pocket.
