Worst pizza hut store ever to order from, last month they missed the order items but I thought maybe they made a mistake so it’s ok but this time around i waited around 2 hours for my delivery to arrive and Called the store to inquire but after the automated message no one picked up the call i waited about 10mins before hanging up. And when the delivery arrived the pizzas were cold and again were missing the order items. But this time around i didn’t accept the order.

On two separate occasions I have waited over two hours only to be told they weren't delivering my pizza. The tracker keeps updating though so you think your food is coming only to call and find out it's not. They don't reach out to you and your refund can't be processed that day. Do not order from these obviously incompetent and incapable children.

I am pretty surprised by all of the bad reviews! I haven't had Pizza Hut since I was a kid, so I decided to order some from Jean Talon O recently. The pizza was cooked prefectly, no order items were missed & it tasted even better than I had remembered! I've become a regular customer, and they consistently deliver hot, fresh food with everything I paid for, everytime. Thanks ★★★★★ Merci

I never order food from outside but I did the mistake today. I got boiled fries and soggy pizza and it wasn’t cheap. After re-frying my fries we were able to eat them but that somehow ruined the concept of delivery. Because it is not the first disappointment with this brand for me I think that Pizza Hut is a wonderful example of good a concept and very bad execution.

When it comes to have some chicken wings, its my to go place. The employees over there really take the time to make sure everything is done the way you want it. The greet you with a smile when you enter the place and are always here to guide you through the options you have. Some other places, you dont even get greeted upon entering their establishment. Keep it up!
