Manager has zero tact. We ( family) wanted 3 chicken fillets with our order (7$) the cashier told us that we should take 10 for 10$ which is quite helpful,, after paying i noticed he punched the 3 piece as well, he gave me back the money and then asked the manager "how do i refund this so the cash balances?" , to which the manager said " YOUR MISTAKE YOU PAY IT " , while 5-6 customers waited , yes we were refunded but this manager needs to be retrained .
Great service and very funny prank calls. I love chicken
PFK service is slow but this is the slowest and uncoordinated location I've been in. They allowed 5 customers in, they have 1 person taking orders. There were 5-6 in the back and yet they could not furnish 5 customers? The wait on the line was as long as the rooms too wait for the food.
Unfortunately the craving for PKF was stronger than my patience 😁
Very rude boy working the cash. Zero customer service skills and wasn't wearing his mask properly. Wont go back
