We had a restorative and wonderful time at this jem in a forested valley. Our site was right by the water—what a gorgeous and peaceful view. The people were so friendly. We didn’t speak French fluently but a very kind seasonal camper took both of our girls on a kayak ride so she could practice her English—so nice!
One night we were sitting by our campfire after we had just watched a lite up boat parade, and I said, “it doesn’t get any better than this,” and it did! Within seconds there were amazing fireworks across the lake.
The camp’s canteen had yummy poutine as well—had two! This campground is very clean and well maintained. We will be back!

Very nice view of the lake, the campsite in general leaves something to be desired lack of cleanliness, not a lot of services and the buildings are starting to be outdated.
