I am really disappointed with the service and I will not do business with this company anymore.
The quality of the products rather mediocre, and quite expensive even in the 'high end'.
Check your order carefully if you do business with them, they made mistakes with us and do not really offer solutions to rectify the situation. They seem to be involved and they have proven it to me many times. In their place I would pay attention to my customers and I would repair what I break at my customers instead of leaving without saying anything.
My Daikin air conditioning is only 4 years old and it hardly pushes out any fresh air. I had a diagnosis over the phone. The technician who cleaned my device was professional, friendly and courteous.
