Standard Marks with good selection, however disappointing that they wouldn't honour a discounted price 72 hours later. Bought a jacket on a Tuesday and it was 25% off by Friday. The manager said they couldn't honour the lower price because the jacket had been worn (despite the fact that I want to keep the jacket). Poor service in the name of 'policy'
