This place is amazing. Gaia is amazing one of a kind soul. I cannot say enough good things. Yoga, meditation, I loved the selection of crystals/stones, books, soap, incense, clothing, ayurvedic products, they have a nice sitting area with a fire place, also an area to make some jewelery. It's a must to check out.
Highly recommended their meditation. Oh, and the popcorn after is great.

Update: I can say that was a one-off experience; an overworked new small business owner momentarily losing herself in paperwork. Customer service as a whole is good!
I was happy to see this shop added to the offerings on Cleveland Ave. They have some great looking products including gift ideas, clothes, books and a good selection of crystals/gems.
[I was, however, disappointed by the customer service during my visit here. I was the only customer in the store at the time and the person at the desk barely glanced at me when I came in and hardly said a word to me during my time in the shop, except to respond when I once spoke to them directly. It definitely marred what would have otherwise been a positive first impression. I got the unfortunate impression that I was not welcome in the store.]
