The ladies at the front desk are kind and very thorough when it comes to cleanliness and very good at explaining any issues dealing with paperwork. The ladies that deal with teeth cleaning and x-ray are very outgoing and very caring to not hurt you and to explain about good debts hygiene. Shout out to everyone that go above and beyond helping and being supportive and understanding and treating you like you matter. Thank you for the lady with the curly bob hair for being so sweet.

We had the most amazing experience at the clinic today!! My daughter who is HFA (high functioning autistic) need extra assurance and support and the admin staff, assistant and the doctor were all so very amazing!!! They went out of their way to make her feel safe and comfortable and heard ~ she had little to no anxiety when we were there.

Service is always courteous with friendly staff. They genuinely care about your experience and try to improve on any concern identified.

Unfortunately I have to leave a 1 star review for this clinic. My son has been a patient there for some time, and we were quoted almost $10,000 for braces. Fine, you have a business to run, and suppliers determine that cost. However once we decided to have his teeth straightened with SmileDirect (at less than 1/3 of that cost) the staff at the clinic began to treat us differently (and very rudely) during appointments to follow. The dental assistant was very rude to me when I was asking questions about having his lingual wire done at the clinic, and my son told me that the dentist and staff were rude to him about his SmileDirect products at every chance they got. Both of us have felt very uncomfortable and for that reason will take our business elsewhere. Dentists are a dime a dozen in Edmonton and there is no excuse for poor customer service in a flooded industry.

Just had my wisdom teeth removal yesterday with IV sedation. I have to say the girls made me so comfortable, and plus I didn’t remember a thing after the needle. One of my best dentist experiences. I hope to get to experience IV sedation again LOL
