I was initially quoted over the phone to remove my wisdom tooth as a complicated extraction. When I was taken in the dental assistant tried to charge me for an unnecessary x-ray, I reminded her that I was given a quote that included the panoramic film which is a much more expensive and comprehensive x-ray and the only one required, interesting she didn't see it before. The tooth was actually pulled in less than 1 minute with minimum effort, in fact the freezing took more time, the dental assistant commented "that was simple". I asked them to revise the quote as this was a simple extraction, that's when she said the tooth broke apart and I said well it wasn't in the gum and they never bothered to show me the fragment. This was an outright lie. they refused to change the quote and still charged me $140 with 85% dental coverage. Needless to say but this will be my last visit. They charge way more than insurance providers price guide, so you wind up paying more out of pocket. Shame on them for not being honest.
