Abbotsfield Dental Office

The staff were very unprofessional. My hygienist didn't introduce herself to me or talk to me. Instead she talked to another hygienist the whole time about her weekend plans. Dr. Yousif also barely talked to me, and let the hygienist do part of the filling. She was very rough on my mouth and my jaw is still hurting several days later. They also did an additional filling without telling me, and I only found out once I had to pay. I will not be going back.

Last two appointments I have had booked with them they were unable to provide service. Waited in the lobby for an hour both times and then decided to leave as I kept getting the 5-10 more minutes answer. I don't have 2 plus hours to waste on a teeth cleaning. If they are running behind they should have the courtesy to call their patients and let them know so they don't waste their time and gas to attend an appointment that isn't going to happen. I now will be looking for a new dentist that won't waste my time.

My husband just had an appointment today for a cleaning xrays and check up. Right from the moment we walked in we were both well taken care of. The staff are very respectful and check in on their patients. He suffers severe anxiety with doctors and the treatment he recieved was amazing. They were quick to get the job done right and made sure he was comfortable. My husband plans to stick with this dentist and go back again. The receptionists provided exceptional hospitality by bringing patients water while they waited. Great bedside manner and the dental hygenist provided immediate comfort for my husband which enabled him to speak for himself in an appointment for the first time in three years.

This has been my dental office for years, all the staff are so friendly and welcoming! Front desk girls even watch my kids while I have work done, which I appreciate so much. They make coming to the dentist so easy! I recommend this dental office to all my friends and family.

I have been bringing my children and I here since my children were born. They staff has always been so accommodating to me while have my children there. They used to hold my babies while I had cleanings. Now that my kids are older and needing fillings they help calm them down and get the treatment done while being able to deal with my kids fears. Best dentist in town !
