Impossible to get a hold of reception through phone/text. No one ever answers and you cant leave a voicemail. The pandemic is not an excuse as most other clinics seem to have no problem answering a phone call or at least offering to leave a message and getting back to you. And this problem has existed here for a long time with no signs of changing Doctors here are fantastic but good luck getting talking to anyone.

I switched to a doctor here this summer and everything was good. For the last two weeks I've been calling and leaving voice-mails trying to rebook an appointment and no one ever answers or calls back. They even have a text option that no one replies to either. Does anyone work here? Is it shut down or something?

Have had great dealings and terrible dealings with this clinic. Mostly booking and appointments. Always tough getting through to talk to anyone. Dr. Hartley was great but now it’s too much of a drive to chance good or bad. When we lived in Windermere it was convenient and now we don’t and don’t see any point in going back. Would I recommend this clinic to a patient patient? Sure but if you’re an impatient patient... probably not the place for you.

This is a difficult review. My new doctor seems good so far and most of the receptionists are great. However there is one receptionist that doesn't have the greatest customer service and seems to lack empathy of any kind. Remember, you are the first contact in a medical clinic. Another thing is that you can never get through to make an appointment. I live so close that i walk in to make my appointments, however in no way should this be necessary. A doctors office shouldn't be this hard to access. One day I walked in to make my appointment and explained that I couldn't get through on the phone and was told me that the phones were very busy. When I said that I couldn't even leave a message, the lady that lacks people skills said that they don't have voicemail during the pandemic because it's too busy. Being busy and not being able to take all calls is one thing but patients not being able to leave a message at a doctor's office doesn't seem normal to me. On another positive note, the wait times are very short.

I’ve been seeing my doctor much before she started practicing at this clinic. They used to be good however the front staff are not friendly and I’m left waiting for someone to pick up the phone or I’m left on hold. Their voicemail says you can text them, but they never reply.
