I attended The Allergy Clinic for a couple of years to help manage seasonal allergies and to gain a better understanding of my food allergies causing anaphylaxis. My experience at this clinic and with Dr. Osundwa was extremely poor and disappointing. I have never felt so dismissed and uninformed. I felt as though I was bother being their patient -- their approach was very task oriented -- pay for allergy tray service, administer allergy test, report what allergies I had and was sent home. My last appointment, I left in tears. I had to ask Dr. Osundwa what the results of my allergy test showed, as I was simply given the result paper. He responded that I was now allergic to sesame, and that the next exposure could be "catastrophic". I shared with him that I had eaten sesame all my life and no reaction, and I was told that I was now allergic and to avoid it forever. I further shared that of my cultural background, it was hard to avoid sesame products as it is used in lots of dishes. He shrugged his shoulders and left. He lacked compassion, he lacked cultural sensitivity, he lacked the willingness to support me and how to adjust to a new lifestyle. He made me feel so small, and so insignificant. It hurt and I felt lost not knowing what to do. In addition, the allergies I had been allergic to previously, I was now not allergic to. I understand allergies change, but there seemed to be a lack of consistency. What I needed from this Allergist was his time to explain what my results were, how to manage my allergies, what options were available to me, and not treat me as a number. I do NOT recommend this allergist whatsoever. I have thankfully found a new allergist who has taken the time to care.

Ridiculous, I need to reschedule appointment, I have been calling for over a week, they don't answer and they don't return calls! They have a policy that they will charge you for missed appointments, BUT how are you suppose to cancel or change an appointment if they don't answer the phone or return phone calls?

Dr.Osundwa treated me from age 13-22. He is an extremely kind doctor who goes out of his way to listen to your story and try to help. It took me 13 doctors to finally find one who would listen and help. Thank you Dr.Osundwa for going out of your way for your patients!

Don’t ever go see this doctor. He is clueless and has no knowledge of allergies whatsoever. He didn’t fix my condition at all. Waste of my time and money. And now I have to keep doing my research and go see a REAL ALLERGY SPECIALIST! Very unhappy and disappointed, when I am already very unhappy and depressed with my condition. My symptoms keep coming and going all over my body.
