I don't understand most of the rest of these reviews; I've been a patient of Dr. Jassal for years and could not ask for a better neurologist. He's called in other neurologists to consult on my case, he's seen me through my high risk pregnancy (I'm epileptic), and now he is keeping tabs on my son's health. He's enjoyable to work with, and if I ever need an appointment I get one asap. His receptionist is pleasant and quite competent. I'd recommend him anyday, and have.

Had an appointment lined up, which I was unable to make. Because I was dealing with an issue, it slipped my mind to call ahead. Because of this, I am no longer able to see Asif Jamil at all. Ever. The lovely lady who called me to let me know was very helpful, and offered to pass my info along to a more professional practitioner.

Honestly this was such an utter disappointment and considering we are in as pandemic this place made my skin crawl. First off the reception, the only cleanliness they really seem to care about is putting on little booties for your shoes. I saw Dr.P and he was over 30 minutes late. During that time I saw multiple patients come in and out and not one single chair, counter or door knob was wiped down. The reception took their masks off regularly to talk, they did not remove properly and no disenfection after touching. My appointment I really had to advocate for my own health and Dr.P showed no bedside manner and was very unprofessional. I have had better human interaction and care at a McDonald's. The second I left the appointment of broke down in tears. It's doctor's like him that make patients feel defeated.

I am very disappointed to hear that this doctor has a policy that if you miss a single appointment let alone a first time appointment that he will no longer see you. As a health care provider myself I understand the high demands to see a specialist however these people wouldn't be looking to see a specialist if it was not required. As health care providers we should not be turning anyone away instead we should be understanding and providing the services to clients whether they missed an appointment or not. I have a friend that did not even get his first appointment because of this policy and it was honestly a silly mistake that he missed it, so now he has to go through the referral process all over again but to see a different Neurologist. If this was a life or death illness and he has to wait longer to see a Neurologist this could result in a worse outcome. We are the ones that people come to when they are looking for answers about their body and turning them away for a missed appointment is shameful.

Dr Pandya’s clinic makes it clear from day 1 that whir patients are not their priority. When you call, you are never given the opportunity to speak with a person - simply to leave a voice mail, and they will call you back when it’s convenient for them. Dr. Pandya himself has a bedside manner which barely meets the threshold of professional, and does not even attempt to approach empathy for a patient who is encountering chronic pain. He is more than willing to wax eloquent regarding the mistakes made by other health care providers, but is absolutely unwilling to consider any sort of collaborative approach to treatment. As an example, if he should write you a prescription for Botox due to chronic migraine pain which is treatment-resistant, and he does not have an opening available to schedule your injections for a number of months, if you take an opportunity to have another doctor perform injections he will discontinue all treatment of you.
