If i could give a half a star i would. This place does not even deserve a star at all. They have no heart at all for people, they do not care for anyone. You go here for help and they make your condition worse. There are great doctors out there who are losing funding and these people are still able to remain open. What a shame. Medicine has gone to the gods for sure. I can see why all the reviews here are exceptionally poor. I can testify that this place provided the worst experience i have had bar none with health care. Truely Awful!!

Today I met with Dr. Kruger for the first time through a referral from an ER physician. I had to write this review because I am a nurse myself and have met many doctors in my career. Dr. Kruger is by far one of the best doctors I have ever met in my life. His compassion and level of care is outstanding. I came in with issues that are not typically seen in my age group. He was able to explain everything to me in detail and reassure me that he could help with my situation. After meeting Dr.Kruger, I truly feel blessed. I was lucky enough for him to take me on as a patient and I am forever thankful. He is giving me my life back. I would recommend any woman that is struggling with women’s health issues to go see this doctor. He will find solutions for you and knows what he is talking about. He is confident and not dismissive at all. Truly grateful for my experience today with him & his resident. Also, the front staff as well as the LPN who checked me in were also lovely. I have been seeing Dr. Romanovsky since 2011 and she has always been delightful and very helpful. Since June I have been trying to get in to see her and because my last visit was over a year I had needed a new refer, also requesting if she would take on my daughter. Unfortunately due to the craziness going on in the world....somehow my referral was only received in September and I was informed I would have to wait 3-4 months and it was not noted that the new referral was my daughter. The receptionist advised she would note that for Dr. Romanovsky to review and they would call back to advise. I had called back in NOVEMBER as I have not heard back and having health issues that I wanted resolved, and hoping that by getting in to see Dr. Romanovsky that she would be able to be of some help. At that time I was informed she did NOT even review the note that was sent to her in September and informed she could not take on new patients. That was fine...so I went on to CPSA to see what doctors were excepting new patients/referrals and come across her name which stated she was still excepting referrals. I am not too sure who updates this information and clearly after already being told she wasn't I wanted to find out. I tried to call back Dr.Romanovsky's office and the line just rang, eventually being bumped to another receptionist. I let her know what I was inquiring about, and she politely informed me she would forward me back to Dr. Romanovsky's receptionist.....whom still did not answer....? I tried to call from my cell phone, and coincidentally she answers...I advised of who I was and stated I had a quick question....before explaining she hung up on me. I was not angry or disgruntle...I just wanted to know why I was being told one thing and on CPSA seeing something different. I really not sure what I did or said. I myself in my career, deal with people over the phone everyday and it can be very stressful at times, and can honestly safe have NEVER pulled that on anyone....angry or not. I find that VERY ignorant and disrespectful given your position. Was going to give a no stars; however, because I did at one point have no issues. That one star goes to Dr. Romanovsky from our past visits. Find new staff !!!!!

Always have a great experience here. Everyone is super friendly. Appointments are usually on time. Never had a problem.
