Total lack of bedside manner. Our father is terminal however he is completely lucid and can recall everything you say to him. Perhaps telling patients that you’re sick of seeing them in the hospital is not the kindest thing to say. Regardless of a terminal diagnosis or even the cause of it doctors should interact with patients empathetically.
