The set up is very nice. Cleanliness isn't the best. I had a Mani/Pedi and the nail tables were dusty. They don't tell you until afterwards that the gel polish is an extra 20$ charge. My 99$ service ended up being 124.95. it was a gift for my birthday. Was nice to be pampered, but I will definitely take my money elsewhere. The lady who did was service was great. Very friendly and professional.

Called Spasation Londonderry on a Saturday afternoon to ask for a last minute massage reservation as my back was acting up. The lady I talked to was very accommodating and got me a spot right away. One thing I noticed when I got there was that they (reception or massage therapist) didn't really give me an intake form like most therapy places would. I guess you could say that would be lack of professionalism? I read a few reviews stating similar things. At the end of the day it's not a big deal and did not affect my experience. For the massage itself, the wait time in the lounge area was not long at all (which is great). My therapist came to get me and took me in the room to change. She didn't speak English fluently and due to the mask I couldn't head her well all the time. With that being said she was friendly and would initiate conversation. She asked which part of my body I wanted her to focus most on. One part of the experience I did not enjoy was when she used hot stone on me without my knowledge/awareness. I don't dislike hot stones at all but didn't appreciate that it was suddenly on my body without any awareness. It was quite hot too so my body was in a little bit of shock. The way she massaged, as some have already commented on regarding some of the therapists, was fast paced. I expected more of a calming and relaxing experience but it seemed somewhat rushed. I also did not expect her to use gloves because of my experience with other massage therapists and thought it would bother me a lot but after a few minutes you don't notice it as much Overall, I gave a 3 stars but it's more of 3.5. I did enjoy the conversations we had and it was, for the most part, helped with my back. Hope this helps!

Spasation Londonderry receptionist who was working Dec. 10/2020 was very rude in person and over the phone. She had no manners and had an attitude. Will definitely not go back.

Rod at Spasation was amazing. He is fun and personable. With everything going on in the world, he still managed to find the time to care and get to know me as a person. He’s got fun ideas for the winter already! I didn’t even make an appointment, I pretty well walked in there and they took me on the spot. More than I could ask for. 5 + stars. :) will be going back!

I had Roberto Caputo as my stylist! He was fantastic. My experience at the Londonderry Spasations was incredible. He helped me choose a great hairstyle, color and communicated with me the whole time. I absolutely loved my hair style and color. I will be recommending him to all my friends!
