LOVE Bliss YogaSpa! Had my first lash lift with Emili R and she was so great from start to finish! Really personable, and made me feel super comfortable with everything! Can't wait to come back

Pleased with the new COVID-19 protocols. Although some amenities have been removed, it was still a relaxing, pampered experience. Emily did my hot stone massage, with the right amount of pressure and after being locked in for over three months, it was just what my tensed up muscles needed!

My massuese was PHENOMENAL!!!!! The receptionist at the front was sweet, and tried to do the best she could considering she had to be next to Dorothy whom was acting SO embarrassingly unprofessional! This used to be my absolute favourite place, that I spent thousands of dollars at until I was humiliated by Dorothy at the front due to a medical condition. She was speaking loudly and disrespectfully about what should be a VERY CONFIDENTIAL situation. Due to the fact I went into hypoxic shock when I had cancer I am not able to wear a mask. I have a card that shows I am medically exempt. Being addressed in such a manner by Dorothy was appalling. This is how to shows compassion for cancer survivors and people with medical issues I don’t even know how someone like that is in a medical/spa service industry. But she should be embarrassed by treating someone that has only brought tons of business to this establishment. Hopefully Dorothy can learn a little tact and professionalism so she can represent herself as a person and the business she’s at in a more optimal way. Apparently she’s a part owner which makes her actions even MORE appalling. Hopefully the majority owner whom I have always had a great relationship with will be able to educate Dorothy in proper ownership I really hope she’s dealt with because she tried to shame me on social media after by writing her own response. She is really REALLY clueless about being in business. All the people I have contacted so far don’t want to go back because of this woman as well! Happy to know it’s not just me

ELDER ABUSE BY WOMAN CLAIMING TO BE OWNER My poor wife and her mother were in there and were treated with such poor treatment It took everything in me to not go in and yell at them. My wife came out crying because of the awful treatment from a heavy lady with a black bob and glasses. She said she was the owner when my wife asked. We spent over $500 there and in return all we received was elderly abuse and my wife in tears! I don’t know what this world is coming to. This woman should not be running a business or standing at the front if she is not able to respect other people especially the elderly

I did warm the warm yin yoga class on Sunday at 6pm with Melissa.I loved it there.Clean and peaceful environment.I loved getting a lemongrass towel it smelled so good.I felt good and relaxed at the end.I would definitely go again
