Beauty Rewind Medical Spa

After YEARS of coming to Beauty Rewind I still experience staff (especially Gen) who take the holistic approach to my beauty “wants” & RE-evaluate what I actually need. They always have the latest products and new procedures & I love how I’m always updated via email about promotions & specials (who doesn’t love a discount?). There’s so many reasons why I’ll never go anywhere else!

I had a video consultation with Naomi and the receptionist was able to get me in quite quickly for lip fillers. I liked that they communicated over text during the booking process. Right from meeting Naomi on the video, I liked her. She has a warm and likeable nature and I felt she would take good care of me. The procedure itself was surprisingly almost painless. I’m now post treatment on day one and I’m still quite swollen and tender. It’s hard to see the true results at this point but so far I like what I see. My top lip is naturally quite thin so I’m happy with the shape and look. Once the projection of the top lip goes down a bit with the swelling, I’ll be very happy I think! Overall professional and painless service with great communication.

Great staff who were friendly and helpful through the process of getting my under eye filler. Stephanie did a great job and was a very nice person. She explained what she was doing the whole time to help me feel comfortable and understand what was going on. Will definitely be back when I need to refill!!

I moved to Edmonton in Feb. and was in need of a new provider for maintenance. I did some research after a bad experience with a different business/provider and found Beauty Rewind. I could not be any more happy with the staff along with the results! I was so disappointed with how I was treated at the first provider I went to, which was referred to me by a friend in the area. Thank god for Beauty Rewind and their staff for making me feel welcome and explaining everything in detail. Stephanie at the Sherwood Park location was very thorough and went through all of the options available for me. They will definitely be my new normal and I HIGHLY recommend them.

Really awesome customer service and great atmosphere! All the ladies made me feel good and special/important and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or unsatisfied with my first experience. Catheryn was really wonderful and made me a priority and comfortable! She is very knowledgeable and reassuring that I can achieve results and that she wants me to feel as beautiful on the outside as I do on the inside! Definitely recommend her for cool sculpting as that was the reason for my visit!
