Elevate Medical Spa Terwilliger

I would not recommend this business. Poor quality service and questionable. The Manager works front desk and goes clients at same time. And also a spa that does Botox should at least provide drinking water for client hydration. I question of the positive reviews are actually clients. Find a more reputable service.

I really enjoy the Elevate Medi Spa, I was a bit apprehensive when I saw the specials they promoted because they were adorable, but after months I decided to go for it and I have now had two half syringes in my lips, first done by Dr. Faily who was great and informative and did a prefect job on my lips and exactly what I wanted ! Today I received another half syringe in my lips by Joanne because I wanted more fullness. She did wonderful , I have my perfect lips now. From someone who also works in an industry that deals with possible blood born pathogens , there cleanliness is great. Sharp bins on site , glove changes and safe disposal. All the ladies I have encountered in Elevate seem like very strong willed , hard working ladies and I really enjoy the environment. The spa itself is also gorgeous!

I was looking for skin care treatment for dark spots and better skin care routine. I went to Elevate medical spa and had consultation with Roula by a friend recommendation. She is absolutely amazing very knowledgeable and skilled. I took her recommendation for a laser treatment and loved the results! My skin looks beautiful, my dark spots are gone and I look much younger and velvet feeling skin. Love the Elevate! Beautiful spa professional and extremely friendly staff and much more... I definitely recommend Elevate medical spa for all your beauty needs!

I went into Elevate Terwilliger and had my Botox and lips done by Dr. Faily. She was professional, experienced and did a fabulous job. Rola and Dianna did my Forma and Genesis treatments and I absolutely loved it! Rola and her staff are incredibly educated on the different services they provide and can guide you towards the services that will best address your concerns and work with your budget. The spa itself is decorated beautifully - clean and modern.

I love this place and the staff and have found prices are reasonable. Rola and her staff always make me feel respected and valued. I have been going to this location and the one in WEM for about 3 months now and have had great service every time.
