Whenever I go to the salon I always walk out unhappy because they never give me the look I was going for. I’ve been trying to achieve balayage for awhile but no salon seemed to get it right. I decided to try a new a salon, being this one, and I’m so glad I did! The sweet gal who did my hair, Andrea, achieved the exact look I was going for. I finally walked out of the salon so happy!! It was overall a good experience. Everyone was very friendly and the salon itself is gorgeous. I recommend booking with Andrea!

The ONLY reason I am visiting the WEM location is for Farhana. I hate WEM with a passion and avoid it all costs hence why I was going to the South Common location. I have been seeing Farhana since Feb 2015 and I will go where she goes but I HATE WEM and that is why I am giving a 4.

I went here to get highlights and a touch up I asked them specifically not to put toner on my hair except root area. They did not listen and did what they wanted. I left looking like a cockroach in color. I was very disappointed. Also I notice that the owner does not seem to respond to negative reviews on here??? One would hope they would care enough about customers to listen and respond to al reviews not just positive.

I would not go to any place that associates with people that are just Bad. This place has people that associate with very bad people. Very bad.

I’ve always been terrified to get my hair cut but I needed a cut desperately. I went in to see Martin and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. He brought my hair back to life, bringing my curls back. He was also very considerate making sure I was happy with the length he was cutting before hand, he made me feel very comfortable. I haven’t had a better experience. I highly recommend.
